Chassis

Great sturdiness and high reliability, made in fine grain steel and electro-welded.

Rollers

The three feeding rollers are synchronized: those below are aligned with the one above to perfectly strip off the bark without breaking or damaging the trunk.

Tilt

Higher tilt angle, which helps the work in slopes.

Rotator Indexator

Low maintenance, installation without close connecting cables, continuous turning and unlimited rotation, with maximum axial load of 16 000 kg controlled from header.

Hydraulic Distributor

Compact, sturdy, well located for easy access and pressures that can be adjusted from the cabin and controlled by electronic equipment depending on the trunk diameters.

Feeding Mechanism

3 feeding rollers.
Two (2) 500 cc. high pressure hydraulic engines.
Two (2) 315 cc. high pressure hydraulic engines.
Feeding power: 28 KN.
Feeding speed: 6 m/s (depending on the flow rate of the base machine).
Maximum opening of rollers: 600 mm.
Minimum opening of rollers: 50 mm.

Nmon600 is a fast, simple, reliable and user-friendly control system made up of three modules interfacing through a full duplex BUS for greater speed:

Display: 5.7″ high contrast screen showing full set-up and work information

Cabin: It sends operator’s orders to header and manages the state of the pumps.

Header: Manages header: Movements, length, diameter, speed, pressures, etc.
